Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mani Society! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Mani Society has a flat shipping rate of $6 for purchases under $35, otherwise your shipping is free!

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Mani Society is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@manisociety.com .

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Mani Society is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

However, we are always happy to help where we can — please reach out to us if you experience an issue with your order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
